With the experience of the recent years, building this community, refining our schedule and teaching we are happy to present a well rounded schedule that has all the flavors of movement with space to equally grow and play. From the light to the heavy, the aware to the explosive, the subtle to the raw strength, we want to cover all the faces in which we can base ourselves. We follow a long term curriculum that is designed to elevate each and everyone and help you reach your individual goals for the year, no matter if it’s to learn a skill, get stronger or more mobile or want to feel more connected to your body, self, environment and the people around you. We organize our classes in OPEN and CLOSED GROUP. Open classes you can join any time with a subscription or 10x Drop In pass. Closed Group classes follow a progressive build up and to ensure the progress of the group they can only be started in the first three weeks of the cycle. SELF PRACTICE SESSIONS are there for your self practice with a teacher available for question and open space to practice whatever is on your mind. Cycles run for three month (Autumn, End of September - Winter, Mid of January - Spring, Easter - Summer, Mid of July)
