Schedule for the Academic Year 2025/26

Autumn Cycle starting on 22.09.2025 - schedule valid until July 2026

We offer a trial week in the first week of the autumn cycle from the 22.9. to the 24.9. In this week you may join as many classes as you can for free. If you would like to save your spot, you can right away sign up for the full cycle (all classes are limited to 15 students). Open Group classes can be joined during the cycle, Closed Group classes need registration withing the first two weeks of the cycle due to progressive development of the the classes.

OPEN AND CLOSED GROUPS

With the experience of the recent years, building this community, refining our schedule and teaching we are happy to present a well rounded schedule that has all the flavors of movement with space to equally grow and play. From the light to the heavy, the aware to the explosive, the subtle to the raw strength, we want to cover all the faces in which we can base ourselves.

We follow a long term curriculum that is designed to elevate each and everyone and help you reach your individual goals for the year, no matter if it’s to learn a skill, get stronger or more mobile or want to feel more connected to your body, self, environment and the people around you.

The CYCLES run for three months. We organise our classes into OPEN and CLOSED groups. This provides a space for experimentation, but also allows us to follow a progressive build-up and ensure group progress.

OPEN GROUPS

  • Jump in any time either with your BUNDLE or a DROP-IN

CLOSED GROUPS

  • Accessible with an ACTIVE or MOVEMENT BUNDLE

  • Can only be started in the first two weeks of the cycle

SELF PRACTICE SESSIONS

  • Self practice with a teacher available for question and open space to practice whatever is on your mind
